Logo suggestion

Which area are you suggesting we improve (Forums, website, server): Forums
Improvement suggestion: When you walk into a store or restaurant, you begin to develop first impressions based on how you feel and about what you're experiencing. When I first came onto the forums, I was hit with a huge logo that overcame a good 45% of the website window. This is pretty annoying and I believe it's a good move to make the logo a little smaller and at the same time be appealing. I will post a picture of another forums on how they managed their logo. If you could do the same thing with your logo, the forums would appeal much better to new people and give the site an overall nicer look.
